From the date of delivery to initiate your return or exchange request.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fees for standard returns. Exchanges are always 100% free.

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of your returned items.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, all items must be in their original, brand-new condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, free of chalk, sweat, odor, and pet hair, and include all original tags and product packaging. Items returned in damaged or noticeably used condition are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are 100% free! We will provide a prepaid return label and ship out your replacement item at no additional cost. Alternatively, you can choose store credit, which is issued via email immediately upon package shipment registration.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrived damaged, or if there is a manufacturing defect under normal training usage, please notify us immediately. We will ship a replacement out to you at no cost, no return needed for verified damages.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift Cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or clearance items
  • Custom gym equipment or personalized products
